History of child rights:👉

  • It was in the 1840's that the idea of special protection to children emerged in France.
  • laws were enacted in France since 1841 to protect children in there workplace and to grant them the right to be educated.
  • After 1st World War that the world began to recognize the need for special rights to children.

  • The Right to a Stable, Loving and Nurturing Environment.
  • The Right to Healthcare and Nutrition.
  • The Right to Clean Water, Electrical Power and a Safe Environment.
  • The Right to a child education with high quality standards.

  • The Right to Guidance from a Caring Adult.
  • All children have the right to life. Governments should ensure that children survive and develop healthily.
